Jodi Sleeper-Triplett - BDIC Alumni

I graduated in 1980 with a concentration in Mental Health and Human Services which was a blend of psychology, sociology, education and legal studies. My senior internship as a paralegal for the mentally ill at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, DC was eye-opening! I stayed in the DC area using my skills in corporate training and management and then searched for a career in which I could use my skills and feed my entrepreneurial spirit. Since 1997, I have owned and operated JST Coaching, LLC, a premiere coach training and coaching company focused on the needs of young people with ADHD and learning issues. My education at UMASS in the BDIC program definitely helped me to envision a future that combined my interdisciplinary interests and my desire to make a difference in the world. My new book, Empowering Youth with ADHD will be published in the fall. Check out my website at www.jstcoach.com or call me anytime. I love connecting with BDIC students and other alums.

Kevin B. Harris - BDIC Alumni

As a BDIC Alumni, I leveraged my unique education experience to a career path I never dreamed of.  Wanting to be "just an MIS guy" I didn't realize I was prepared for so much more.  Now being a successful entrepreneur after having co-found, grow and sell a high-tech business, I look forward to my next adventure.

I am also looking forward to being active with the BDIC community again, participating on the Board and getting involved with the Entrepreneurship Initiative program.
