Innovators are driven, hungry self-acheivers. We don't just follow a path, we make things happen for ourselves. I am proud to be a BDIC graduate (economics and international finance) and now work in the financial services industry in a marketing role. Innovation is all around me, and I see a clear difference in the acheivements of fellow colleagues who wait for success and those who go out and find it.

Congrats to all the awardees. Keep up that drive post-graduation!

Loring Barnes comments on Leadership in BDIC

Congratulations to the BDIC achievers! But the audiences to take notice are hopefully the University’s Administration, Faculty, Trustees, Legislators and Alumnit to whom the program looks to who fund exciting and dynamic learning experiences that challenge and graduate indefatigable leaders. The nature of BDIC learning to make your own magic which means you have to be a self-propelled advocate for yourself and your goals as these achievers have notably done. This is the way to make an impact in a larger society, starting with the Amherst campus and going far beyond into the real world. The gift and opportunity of BDIC is to be a creative, entrepreneurial learner, to have unwavering confidence and to leave campus with the ability to make a difference in the world to include opening doors for the next generation of leaders.

Manny Lopez comments on Entrepreneurship and BDIC

I took this class last semester and it was one of the best classes I've taken so far.
