The Medicine Hunter

Chris Kilham is known as the Medicine Hunter.  He travels to South American forests and discovers plants with medicinal value.  Chris also teaches botany at UMass Amherst.  He graduated from UMass in the 1970s with a BDIC degree.

The Daily Collegian just ran a nice article about how Chris took a group of students to the jungles of the Peruvian amazon.  Read the article here.
